Simon & Jude have been at the helm for 6 years, formerly at The Humble Plumb in Southampton and The Farmers Arms in Lower Apperley, Nr Tewkesbury.
Simon runs the kitchen alongside Pierre and Rich, whilst Jude runs front of house with Jo, Georgie and Jordan.
